Ordering:

Specify order number, size, color, thickness, or other description on each item, to avoid shipping errors.

Shipping:

Please specify how merchandise should be shipped (UPS, freight, carrier, our truck, etc.). Where no shipping instructions are provided, S&F will ship in the most expedient manner to avoid delay. We deliver free in New York’s 5 Boros, Long Island, Upstate NY & NJ. Minimum order required depending on delivery location. Call S&F for details.

Claims:

Shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If any damages is noticed claim should be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. No merchandise accepted for credit or exchange unless authorized by us.

Returns:

Material shipped as ordered can not be returned without S&F’s written consent, and request’s must be made within 5 days of delivery. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging. No returns on special orders. No returns on aluminum sheets after customer acceptance.

Terms:

Products may be ordered C.O.D., cash, visa, master card. To open an account customer must fill out an S&F credit application with three references and a bank reference. For more information call our Accounting Department.

Credit card details:

By entering your credit card information:

a. You are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc. )is accurate.

b. You agree Textile Commission to charge the amount you have requested to your credit card.

c. If you set up automatic payments, then you authorize Textile Commission to charge the amount due for the invoice being paid to the credit card.

d. You also authorize Terrific Colors to return to your credit card any funds due to you by Textile Commission from use of this Service.
